Adjornment on Saturday the Eighth day of December in the Seventh

Misdemeanor is fined for the sd. Offence 1 which is ordered to be Estreated and he
is comitted to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County
there to be kept to Hard Labour for One Year And he is Ordered to
find Sufficient Sureties by Recognizance before three Justices of the Base
for this County (to wit) The Chairman of the Session for the time
being Richard Newton< no role > Esqr . and Thomas Lane< no role > Esqrs or any one
of them for the Good behaviour of him thesd. George Hart< no role > for
the term of One year to comence from the Expiracon of the said
One year in the House of Correction aforesaid To Remain till he
undergoe thesd. punishment and find such Sureties then to be
Delivered Paying his Fees 4s.8d.

who hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment. agt. him for
Defrauding one William Wilson< no role > Clerk is fined for the said
Offence 1s: which is ordered to be Estreated and he is Comitted to
the House of Correccon aforesaid there to be kept to hard labour
for Two Months and also thesd. John Abercrombye< no role > hath
pleaded Guilty to another Indictment agt. him for Defrauding
one Charles Tough< no role > and he is fined upon the said last
Indictment One Shilling [..] which is ordered to be
Estreated To Remain till he undergoe thesd. [..] Punishment
then to be Delivered Paying his Fees 9s.4d.

who Stands Indicted for a trespasse and Misdemeanor Is Ordered
to find Sufficient Sureties before one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County for his Personall Appearance at the next

he find such Sureties then to be Delivered paying his Fees s4.8d
