Sheweth

That yor. Peticoner is Charged towards the releif Of the Poor
of the said Hamlet four Shillings P Quarter, besides Additional
rates, Your Peticoner being Aggreived by the said rate Humbly
Appeals against the same, And Prays Yo Worships to Grant him
Such releif as to you shall seem Meet And yo Petioner
Shall Ever Pray Etc.
