maketh Oath That he this Deponent hath made
all diligent Inquiry imaginable to finde out the
place of a Boade of the prosecut John
Dunsdale
< no role > in Order to give him allotice of Tryall
in this Cause, But could not finde out the Same
And this Deponent further Saith That on
Satterday last being the first day of this instant
he did leave at the house of Mr [..]
in Hatton Garden , with the Clerk of the Sd
Mr [..] athoabe at one Coppy of the Notice here to
armext the Sd Mr Wbreathoake being Attorner or
Solictr for the Defendant in this Cause And this
Deponent did also on the said day leave
with one Mr. Wbreathoake formerly Clerk to Mr Justice
Robe an other true Coppy of the notice here
to an next the Sd Mr Wbreathoake being Sum was
concernd for the prosetat in this Cause And
the Sd Mr Wbreathoake told this Deponent he would
take notice of the same, And this deponent
further Saith that on the day aforesd he
did leave at the psecnters sisters house one
Mrs Nutt at the Signe of the Black in Islington
an other Coppy of the Notice here to an ext
desireing her to give or send the same to the
prosecuter her Brother if she knew where
he was to be found
