At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Sovereign Lord the king holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid by adjournment on Fryday the twelfth
Day of October in the Seventh yeare of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of great
Britain and so forth

Upon Motion of Mr Theed of Councell for Daniel
Beadle
< no role > who Stands indicted by the Name of Richard
Beadle
< no role > for making an Assault upon John Beckett< no role >
(to which Indictment the said Daniel by the Name
of Richard Beadle< no role > Pleaded not Guilty in August
Sessions last) And upon the Affidavit of the said
Daniel Beadle< no role > that he hath made what inquiry he
is able but cannot find out where the said John
Beckett
< no role > lives or inhabits nor knows where he ever
did live or inhabit It is ordered by this Court that
the said Daniel Beadle< no role > be at Liberty to try his
Traverse upon the said Indictment upon theadoun
adjournment Day of this Present Sessions (to witt)
monday the third Day of December now next ensueing
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon upon giving due
Notice of this Order and of the said Tryall unto the
said John Beckett< no role > (in Cast the shall be found) or to
Mr Moore Sollicitor for him the said John Beckett< no role >
And service of such Notice upon the said Mr. Moore
shall be deemed good Service
