The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St.
Sepulchres

Sheweth
That one
Elloner Freeman< no role >
by Virtue of a Warrant
under the hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
within
the said County of Middx (One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixth
day of this Instant October
was removed from the Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate
in the said County to the parish of St. Sepulchres
London
aforesaid Alleadging the said parish is the place of the last Legall
Settlement of the said Elloner Freeman; That your Petitioned doubt
not to prove that the said Elloner Freeman had no Legall Settlement
in the said parish of St. Sepulchres
London whereby they Conceive
themselves agreived by the Judgment of the said two Justices, And do
humbly Appeal to your Worships thereupon
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your
Worships will be pleased to appoint a day to hear
them in the premises and Order the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate
in the said County of Middlesex
to hear and Abide the Determination of your
Worships touching this Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
