in the County of Middlesex gentleman Maketh Oath that he this
Deponent saw the Prosecutor Thomas Colt< no role > execute a generall
Release to the defendants Joshua Morphew< no role > & Elizabeth his wife
on or about the fourteenth day of September last on which
day the same release Cares date And this deponent subscribed
his name as a witness thereto And this deponent further
saith that the said Joshua Morphew< no role > and Elizabeth his wife
were both present in this Court one of the adjournment days of
the last Sessions when the said Joshua Morphew produced the
said Release which was then read & allowed by the said Court
