At the Session of Oyer and Terminer held for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County & by Ajornment
on Saturday the Fifteenth day of September in the Seventh Year
of the Reign of his Matie George the Second of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith.

who was tried and Concvicted upon an Indictment agt. him for uttering
false and Counterfeit Money knowing the same to be false and
Counterfeit
is fined for the said Offence 1s. which is ordered to be Estreated And he
is comitted to his Maties Goal of Newgate And he is ordered to be
putt and to Stand in and upon the Pillory near Chareing Cross for the
Space of on Hour between the Hours Twelve of the Clock at Noon
and Two of the Clock in the afternoon on Such Days as Sheriff of
this County Shall forthwith Appoint with an Indictment in paper to
be putt on his breast denoteing his Offence And he is to Remain in
Newgate aforesaid for the Space of Twelve Months and untill he give
Sufficient Sureties for his good behavour for the Space of three years before one of his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx to
comence from the Expiracon of the said Twelve Months and then to be
Delivered paying his Fees. 12s:8d.

who hath pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment. him for an Assault
with intent to Ravish is ordered to Remain in Newgate aforesaid untill
he find Sufficient Sureties before John Martin< no role > Esqr .to whom it is
referred to take Such Sureties for his Personall Appearance at the next
Session of Oyer and Terminer to be Holden for this County to try his
Traverse upon the said Indictment and after haveing found Such Sureties
then to be Delivered Paying his Fees 4s:8d.
