Middlesex

to Wit At the Session of Oyer and Terminer held for the County
of Middlesex at Hicks Hall is Saint John Street in the said
County [..] by Adjornment on Saturday the Twelfth day of
may in the Sixth Year of the Reign of his the now Maties King
George the Second of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender
of the Faith and so forth

Philip Dwyer< no role >

who was tried and convictted upon an Indictment agt. him for
endeavouring to [..] Jutice one Martaugh Wayland< no role >
from his Obedience to his present Matis the said Martaugh being [..] a Naturall born
Subject of the Kingdom of Ireland And to Lift him Self as a
Soldier in the Service of the French King Is Fined for the said
Offence Fifty pounds And he is to Find Sufficient Sureties
before Cue or more Justice or Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex For his Good behaviour for the Space of Five
Years. And the said Philip Dwyer< no role > [..] was also Tries and convicted upon
another Indictment against him for endeavouring to
Jutice one John Marshall< no role > [..] his Obedience to his present
Matie the said John Marshall< no role > being a Natural Born
subject of this Realm And to List himself as a Solder in
the Service of the French King And he is fined for the said
last Offence One Shilling And is to Remain in his
Majesties Goal of Newgate for the Space of One Year
And untill he pay the said Two Fines And find Such
Sureties Then to be Delivered paying his Fees £1.5s.4d
