To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
for the said County Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal [..]
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint George
in Buttolph Lane London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
Dated the seventh Day of May instant
Two Children (namely) Mary Welch< no role > aged about Fourteen
Years and Elizabeth Welch< no role > aged about Five Years the
lawfull Issue of Francis Welch< no role > and Martha Welch< no role > deceased
were removed from the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint George
in Bottolph Lane London as the place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
Aggrieved by the Warrant and Judgment of
the said two Justices humbly Appeal to this
Honourable Court for Relief in the premisses.

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
and soforth
