Sheweth
That Yor Peticon was bound Apprentice
by
Indenture of Apprenticeshipp
bearing date the 2d
Day of July 1731 to the said
Robert Masset< no role >
for the
term of five years to warn his art Etc That your
said Petitioners said Master Did not instruct or
Cause him to be instructed in the Art of a Bricklayer
according to the true intent and meaning of the
Said Indenture whereby Your Peticoner hath been
Obliged and is shill Obliged to put himself into
other Hands to lea

found and provided for your said Petition of Meat
Drink Apprarell and other necessaries according
to the true intent and meaning of the said
Indenture
Your Petitioner therefore
humbly Prays His horroble
Court (that as he was not bound
according to Law the said Indenture
being made for the Term of five
years only and for the reasons
aforesaid) To Discharge him
from the said Indenture of
Apprenticeshipp
