The humble Petition & Appeale of the Church
warden & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
St. Giles in the fields in the said County.

Sheweth

That by an Order the hands & Seals of William
Jones< no role > & Samuel Grey< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing date the three and
twentieth day of October last James Rowning< no role > a Child aged about
7 years was removed from & out of the parish of St. Martin in
the fields in the said County to the said parish of St Giles in
the fields as the place of his last legall Settlement

Yor. Petr. [..] think themselves agrieved
by the Order of the said two Justices Appeale to
this Court against the same & humbly pray
yor. Worp will be pleasd to appoint a day
for hearing & Determining the owne
