aforesd did preferr a Bill of Indictmt.
agt the sd Martha Smith< no role > for the
Felony aforesd which was returned
by the Grand Jury Ignormus & this
Depont. further saith that he did not
apprehend that he was bound to
Psecute or give evidence agt. the sd
Smith for the sd Felony neither did
this Depont. know any thing of the sd
Felony at that time or since
