Carpenter Maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on the
fifth day of Octoer last become bound in a Recongnizance
before the woshipfull Justice Pattle for the personall appearsaid
of the said Defend in this honable Court [..] in last October
Sessions And this Deponent Saith that he this Deponent hath
used all posible means to find out the sd Hugh Mills< no role > in order
to being him into this honoble Court but cannot find out where
he lives And this Deponent Saith that the sd. Hugh Mills< no role > doth
abscond himselfe from this Deponent and that this Deponent
cannot possibly procure him to be brought into Court
