The Defts. have Pleased to the Indictmt agt. them that the Inhitants
of the Town of Colebrook ought to Rept. & Amend that Morely of the
Bridge [..] the sd. Indictmt. in menconed which is within the County of Middx
And in Case no Replication shall be put att that Plea the Defts
intend to move the Bench of Justices on the 8th. day of Dec being in
the next Sessions to be held for the sd County at Hicks Hall that the
sd. Plea may be allowed or that the Recognizance Entered into
by the Defts may be discharged Of wch take Notice this being the
Fifth of Dec1732
