which we adjudge to be true, and whereas,upon the Examinacon of the Said
James Bishop< no role > taken before us upon Oath
it appears unto us, That the saidJames Bishop< no role > was
last legally Settled in the saidparish
ofSt. Margaret in the City & Liberty of Westminster -and thathe hath
notsince gained any legal Settlement
elsewhere: Therefore, We the said Justices, upon the Proof aforesaid, and other
Circumstances, do Adjudge and Deem the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the saidJames Bishop< no role >
to be in the saidparishofSt. Margaret
and whither by Lawheought to be sent.

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, Strictly to Charge and
Command you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the saidparish of St. John at Hackney or either of you,
forthwith to remove and convey the saidJames Bishop< no role >
from and out or your saidParishofSt John Hackney -in and
to the saidparish-ofSt Margaret in the City & Liberty of Westminster
and deliverhim-(together with this Precept) to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or Some, or one of them, who are hereby
required to receive and provide forhim-according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals, theSecond-Day ofOctober.in the
Sixth-Year of the Reign of our SovereignLord George the Second
