To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish ofSt James Westminster in the County of
Middlesex ;and to the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Margarett Westminster
in the County ofMiddx and to Each and Every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you, the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said parish
ofSt James Westminster Unto us whole Hands and Seals are
hereunto Set, Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace (Quorum
unus) for the County aforesaid, thatElizabeth wilson< no role > Widow of
George Wilson< no role > aged about Sixty four years) is
Lately intrudedand Comeinto your said parish of
St James there to inhabit asasaParishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere Likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premissesas also
on th Oath of the said Elizabeth Wilson< no role > it appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the saidElizabeth Wilson< no role >
is
Likely to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSt James
Westmisand that the Last Legal Place of Settlement of the said
Elizabeth Wilson< no role > was in the said parish ofSt. Margarett
Westminster in the County aforesaid

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Order and
Require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish ofSt James Westminster aforesaid, that you, or some
of you do forthwith remove and convey the saidElizabeth Wilson< no role >
from your said Parish ofSt James Westminster
to the said parish ofSt. Margarett Westminster andherdeliver
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise requir'd in his Majestices
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in Such Case made, forthwith
to receive the saidElizabeth Wilson< no role >
into their saidParish an Caroand Provide forher
as their own Parishioner [..] Given under our Hands and Seals, the
