The Humble Peticon & Appeale of
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Gregory in ye.
City of London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands & Seales of Richard Manley< no role > & Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs .
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing Date the Ninth
Day of September 1732 . a Person by the Name and-
Addition of Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of Thomas Taff< no role > , with
her Sen Thomas< no role > aged Six Weeks, were removed from
the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the Said
County of Middx , unto the Said Parish of St. Gregory in
the City of London , alledging the Said Parish of St. Gregory
to be the Place of their last legall Settlement.

That your Peticonr. conceiving themselves
agrieved by the Said Warrant or Order of the
Said Two Justices, Do therefore appeale to
your Worps therefrom, And humbly pray, That
you will be pleased to hear them in the prmes,
& order that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Said Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate in the Said County of Middx may-
appear before you at a certain Day to be
appointed, to hear & abide the Judgement and
Determinacon of yor. Worps touching this
Appeale.
