Be it Remembered, That this 22d day of July 1732 at Brentford in
County of Middlesex . Matthew Jerry< no role > Gent . in his Proper Person, as
well for his Majesty King George the Second, as for himself, exhibiteth
to us James Clitherow< no role > John Tarver< no role > Esqrs . two of his said Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County residing near to the place
where the offence herein after mentioned was Committed, a Complaint &
Information: & thereby Informeth us, That one Paul Riley< no role > , for
& during three Months now Last Past & longer having been, & Continuing
to be. & Yet being at Hampton Wick in the Said County of Middlesex
a Malster & maker of Malt & not having Compounded for the Duties
on Malt from him due, & to grow due to his Said Majasty, he the
Said Paul Riley in order to the defranding of his Said Majesty
of & in his Said Duty upon Malt, & for Preventing the Officers
for the said Duty from taking & keeping a true Accot. of the Corn
herein after mention'd by him there Steeped & making into Malt
at & in a Malt house in Hampton Wick aforesaid belonging to & used by
him the Said Paul Riley< no role > : he the Said Paul Riley within the said three
months now Last Past, that is to Say on the Twelfth day of May now
