high Chancellor of Great Britain dated the third
day of April last made in a matter depending

in the fields in the County of Middx and Robert
Midford

sd. County It is Ordered by this Court that the
matters charged in the Affidts. of Ann Smith< no role > , Edward
Bentley

Hannah Shant< no role > , and Edmond Togwell< no role > & Joseph
Staton
< no role > against several of the Constables & Headboroughs
