To The Rt. Worshipl. his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx now in General Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. George the Martyr in the said
County of Middx

Sheweth


That Catherine Evans< no role > Singlewoman , aged about Sixty
Years, was by Order of Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of John Milner< no role > and Richard Gifford< no role > Esquires two of his
(Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Said County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) bearing Date the Third Day of May Instant,
removed and Coneveyed from the Parish of St. Giles in the
fields in the said County to the said Parish of St. George
the Martyr as the place of her last legal Settlement.

Yor. Petrs. humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved thereby and Appeal from the
Judgment of the said two Justices to the Judgment
of this Honoble Court and desire a Day of hearing
may be appointed this Present Sessions. And
that all persons concerned may be Ordered to
attend to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal
