bound by Recognizance to appeare & prosecute at
the person Sub Sequent Quarter Sessions for the
Liberty of Westmr .And in case the Prosecutor
Should prosecute at such intervening Sessions of
Good Deliveryas aforesaid his Recongnizance for
[..] his appearing & prosecuting at the
ensueing Quarter sessions for Westmrwith stand
may Stand for feited & be estreated for his not
appearing & prosecuting there, wth. such prosecutor
may think he hath not Occassion to due and such
by such estreatwhereby such Prosecutor would be very much
aggreived & oppressed, And that an instance of
this kind hath already lately happened, which this-
Court doth deem to be a great greivance,And
to the intend thatAnd in Order to Preventsuch
mis greivanceas well the Inconvenience as grievance aforesd for the future, It is Ordered by
this Court that the aforesaid matters be taken
into consideracon on the County day of the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County the first busyness after dinner.
