Informacon being given unto this Court that
Felanor apprehendedpersons [..] may beapprehended for felonys
or other capital offences [..] due within the Liberty
of Westminster in this County andStandcomitted
by Justices of peace residing within the same Liberty
may escape being tryed & convicted to the Gatehouse
prison West & between a Genbetween the
time of holding a General Quarter Sessions & the peace for
time County by Justices of peace residing within
the said Liberty to the Gatehouse Prison Westmr .
may escape a legal Trialbeing tryed & convictedfor such
felonys or capital offences by reason that Some
Justices may bind the psecutor bytakeRecognizances to appeare & P Secute
Suchthe Persons to comitted at thenextQuarter Sessions of the peace
for the Liberty of Westmr . next a flerouch Comittmt whereas Such Persons being
in the mean time carryed to the Goal of Newgate
(Pursuant to an Order of Goal Delivery formerly made if [..] behalf requiring
the Keeper of the Gatehouse to carry such offenders to
the Goal of Newgate six days before the beginning
of each Sessions of Goal Delivery,) may be delivered
at the intervening Sessions of Goal Delivery be
