It is Ordered by this Court that the bill of costs of
Mr. John Higgs< no role > for [..] busyness by him done &
transacted and Councells fees & other expences by
by him defrayed on behalfe of this County in makeing a [..] the
defence of against a prosecuton carryed on [..] by Tho:
Robe< no role > & John Matthews< no role > Esqrs . Clerk of the Market
of the King's house hold upon an Indictmt. by them
preferred against Richard Norwood< no role > Gent high
Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne in this
County in relacon to the sd Office of Clerk of the Market and alsoe in the
defence of an acconby themat Law by them
Comenced against there him in relacon to fees by them
claymed by colour of the sd Office, and alsoe in the
Supporting of Severall Orders of Sessions removed by
Vertue of a writt of Cercorari into the Court of
Kings Bench, be and the Same is hereby referred to
the considercon of the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County appointed to take the Trearers accounts who are
hereby desired to inspect the said Bill of costs, and to
make a [..] Report of iton the Countyto the
Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the
peaceto be holdenfor this County on the County
day of the same Sessions
