It appeareth to this Court that the said Jacob Mail< no role >
is the son of [..] the sd. John Mail< no role > by the sd. Ann< no role > his wife
That the said Ann before her marriage with the sd. John
Mail and whilst she was a Singlewoman became a
servant hired by the yeare at four pounds P ann wages
to one Jacob Yellowly< no role > an Inhabitant in the sd. parish
of St. Clement Danes and under such hiring lived
with him in the same parish for the Space of two yeares,
and thereby obtained a legal settlement in the Same
parish. which was the place of her last legal settlemt.
before her marriage with the sd. John Mail, [..]
the place of the Nativity of the sd. John Mail Father of
the said Jacob Mail cannot be found, And it doth
not appeare [..] that the said John Mail gained
any legal settlement since his birth, nor that the
said Ann since the time of his death gained any
settlement untill the time of her marriage with

Mathew Simcock< no role > her present husband which was
aboutabove two yeares [..] since whose settlement is in
the parish of St. Martin in the fields in this County
which parish the Councell for the said Appellants
doth insist to be the place of the present legal settlemt
of her the said Annby Court of the and of the said Jacob Mail her [..]
