up specially, and that
Councell on both sides
should settle the

It appeareth to this Court that the said Jacob< no role > was
the son of John Mail< no role > and Ann< no role > his wife borne in
the said parish of St. Clement Danes , That the
Settlement of the said John Mail the Father
cannot be found, but that the Settlement of the sd.

Ann Mother of the said Jacob appeares to be in the
parish of St. Martin in the fields in this County,

this for the Settlemt of the Mother before her
inter marriage with Mathw. Simcock< no role > her present husband
was in the parish of St. Clemt Danes but that her
Settlemt. now by her said Marriage is in St. Martins
in the fields
