by vertue of her said marriage with the said Mathew Simcock< no role > and
also of the said Jacob Mail< no role > her Son in right of his said Mother
And thattherefore there was not sufficient cause to remove the said
he hath not any legal settlement in the said parish of St. Clement
Danes , And upon hearing of what was further alledged by the
Councell for the Inhabitants of the sd parish of St. Giles in the
fields who insisted that the said parish of St Clement Danes
ought to be deemed the place of thepresentlegal settlement
of the sd Jacob Mail In regard [..] his said Mothers former
settlement as abovesaid was in the same parish This Court upon
consideracon had of the premisses Is of opinion that the sd
parish of St. Martin in the fields is ought to be dcemod the place of the legal
settlement of the said Jacob Mail< no role > as being the place of the
present legalsegsettlement ofthe sdhis said Mother by
vertue of her said marriage with the sd Mathew Simcock< no role >
And doth thereupon allow of the said appeale
