Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate in this County against an Order under the
hands & seales of Thomas west< no role > & Robert Sax< no role > Esqrs . two of
his Maties Justices of the peace (Quorum unus) for
the said County bearing date the tenth day of August
instant, whereby Sarah Hastings< no role > wife of John Hastings< no role >
Mariner was conveyed from the parish of St. George in
this County to be said parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate as the place of the settlement of the said Sarah
Hastings
< no role > in right of her said husband, In which parish It
appeared unto the said two Justices that the said John Hastings< no role >
was last legally settled, And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. George and alsoe byCouncell
Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate This Court
doth disallow of the said appeale And doth ratify & confirm
the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace,
and the same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly,
And this Court doth require the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate & all persons concerned to yeild due obedience
thereunto.
