To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Sessions at Hicks Hall assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Ann Westm in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant under the Hands &
Seals of H: Broadhead & R Gifford Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said County of Middlx (Quorum unus)
bearing date the 29th day of July now last past Robert Stokes< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the feilds in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Ann Westmr .
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.

Therefore they humbly Appeal to
your Worships against the Adjudgement
of the said two Justices & pray you will
be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
St. Giles in the feilds & all persons
concerned do Attend this Court some Day
in this present Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgement and Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal

And your Petitioner shall pray Etc.
