Take Notice that I Martha Martin< no role > Wife of the above named William
Martin< no role > will appear at the Sessions of the Peaceto beholden at
Hicks's Hall in St. Johns Street for the County of Middlesex on
Saturday [..] the twenty eighth day of this Instant August
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon then & there to try my Traverse
of the Indictment you have lately found against me and my
husband for an Assault and rescueing my said Husband when
under an Arrest.
