Apprentice ) is now in his Maties Service on board
his Maties Shipp the Princess, Amelia which said
Shipp as this Deponent is informed is at Gibralter
and not expected home till the next Summer
and this Deponent Saith that he hath made
Satisfaction to the Prosecutor Andrew Morrison< no role > and
therefore hopes the Recognizance entered into for
the said Wm Aldridge< no role > may be respited Sine die or
in such manner at this Court shall think fitt.
