Overseers of the poor of yr Parish

the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square is
Chargeable be & releived by ye said Parish being
Poor & Unable to Work towards her Maintanance
& being reputed to be a Lunatick

Street in yr County of Middx Factor
& Father of yr said Rebecca
