Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Acton in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Warrt. or Order under the Hand & Seal
of st Wm. Osborne< no role > & Cliffd: Wm Phillips< no role > two of
his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx (Quor unus) bearing date the 15th Day
of March last James Farley< no role > Ann < no role > his wife &
John their< no role > son were removed & conveyed from
the Parish of St Mary White Chappell in the
County of Middx to the Parish of Acton in the sd
County alledging therein that the said Parish
of Acton is place of their last legall
Settlement.
