James Hastings< no role > of the Parish of St. James westmr . in
the County of middx Yeoman maketh Oath that on the 24th. day
of april instant to this Dept. did Personally Serve Mrs Frances
Stephenson
< no role > with a Notice & Copy of an order thereunder written
whereof true Copies are hereunto Annexed at her dwelling house in
Lester Street in the sd. Parish of St James and this Dept. further
Saith that he did at the Same time Enquire of the sd. Mr. Stephenson
whether one Anne Smith< no role > in the sd. notice & warrant named then
lodged in her house and that She the sd. Mr. Stephenson told this
Dept. that the sd. Anne Smith< no role > did not then lodge in her house best
that She had been Informed that the sd. Anne Smith< no role > lived as a Servt .
with one Mr. Martin a Distiller in Piccadilly in the sd. Parish of St. James
and this Dept. Saith that he Accordingly went to the sd. Mr. Martin who
told this Dept. that the sd. Anne Smith< no role > had lived there but that She
was lately gone away and that he Could not tell any thing
afterof her and this Dept. further Saith that he has used his best
Endeavours to find out the sd. Anne Smith< no role > & her now place of abode
but hath not been able to discover the Same
