this Dept was at the last Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace held for the County of Middx at Hicks
Halls in St John street in & for the sd County of Middx
concerned as a Sollicitor for the Deft David Brown< no role >
& that the sd David Brown< no role > did for Severall
Days attend this Dept at the Said Sessions in
order to get his recognizance Discharged
& that this Dept together with the said
David Brown< no role > did then apply to one Mr
Boulton (who is as this Dep is informed) an
officer belonging to the Clerke of the peace
for the sd County) to discharge the sd
Recognizance & that he at the same time
told this Dept that any time after the
Sessions would be as well if this Dept
brought him the money for sd fees of the Court
to discharged the said recognizance
