To The Right Worpll his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said County
Assembled

The Humble Peticon of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Low Layton in
the County of Essex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands & Seals of two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx (Quor Unus) bearing date
the 27th. day of August last Past One Richard Denton< no role > an
Aged Poor man was Passed from the [..] Liberty of Norton-
folgate in the County of Middx to the Parish of Low
Layton in the County of Essex as the Place of his last
legal Settlement.

Your Peticoners humbly conceiving themselves
agreived by the Warrant & Judgmt. of the said
two Justices humbly Appeal to this Court for
relief in the Prmisses

And Your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc
