That in July last Past yor. Petr.
obtained an Order of this Court [..]
on William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr for ye Paymt. of Ten
Pounds due to yor. Petr. at Midsumer then last
Past for one qrter. of a years Salary for his loss
of time and Expences in passing and conveying
of Vagrants through this County; But yor. Petr.
has not reced the said Sume or any Past thereof:

And That there is now due to yor. Petr.
the Further Sume of Ten Pounds for another
qrters. Salary (for the like Service) ending at
Michmas. last Past

Yor. Petr. therefore most
humbly Prays yor. Worsps. would
be pleased to make such Orders
for the speedy Paymt. of the sd
Sums; And for the Releif of yor.
Petr. in the Prmisses, as to yor.
Worsps shall seem meet
