Mary White Chappell in the said

Sheweth

That Your Peticoner is this Year Rated and assessed
in the Sume of two Shillinges P month towards the poor
of the said Parish and your Peticoner Renting In house
but a Small Shop in the said Parish your Peticoner
being in Very mean Circumstances whereby he is unable
to pay the Same Rate

Your Peticonre thinking himself
agreived thereby Humbly appeal against
the Same

Your Petr. most Humbly
pray that your Worsps would
be pleased to give him such releif
in the Premisses as your Worsps
would seem meet

And Your Peticoner shall ever
