of ye parish of St. James Clerkenwell in ye Said County, printer

Sheweth

That your Petr is Charged towards the Relief of the
Poor and Scavenger Rates of ye Said Parish, much
more than he ought to pay Therefore he thinks
himself aggriev'd by the Said Rates and Appeals
agt the Same

And prays yr Worships to appoint
Some day this present Sessions for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
and Scavengers of the Said Parish to
attend if Court to hear and abide ye
Judgement and Determination of ye Court
touching the Said Appeal

And Yr Petr Shall pray Etc
