Whereas Phillip Waite< no role > of Southwarke in the County of Surry Dyer Exhibited had humble
peticon and Appeal unto the Court of the Cast Genal Quarter Sessions of the peace

peticoner was Adjudged to be the putative Father of a Female Bastard Child
born in the parish of St. Gyles in ye [..] in the sd County of Middx on the Body of Margt: Turner< no role >
Wido . on ye. 20th day of the said month of march which was not then baptized and
had ever since the Birth thereof been Chargeable to ye. said parish as is Alledged
in the said Order which Appeal Sets forth that the Petr. was by the Order Ordered
to pay Several Sumes of Money on Acct of the said Child & to Indempnifye ye. said
parish from the Charge thereof And that the peticoner found himselfe Aggreived
by the said Order and Appealed to the said Court agt. the same ad in the said
Appeal is particularly mencd. And whereas by an Order made by the said Court on yr.
said 7th. day of April last the hearing and determining of the said Appeal
was Adjorned Untill this present General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the said County of Middx Now forasmuch ad this Court is of
Opinion that the hearing of the said Appeal Shod. be further Adjorned Itt is Ordered by
this Court that the hearing and determining of the said Appeale and the
same is hereby further Adjourned Untill the Next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the petr and
