the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the sd. County Gentl

Sheweth

That your Petr. is charged towards the releife of the
poor and Scavengrs. Rates of the Said parish much
more than he ought to pay. Therefore he thinks
himself aggrieved by the said Rates and Appeale
agt. ye Same

And pray's your Worps. to appoint Some
day this present Sessions for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
And Scavengrs. of ye. sd. Parish to attend yr. Cort.
to hear & abide ye. Judgemt. & Determinacon
of ys. Court touching ye sd. appeale

And your Petr. shall pray.
