To the Worspll: His Maties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx in their
Generall Sessions Assembled.

The humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Paddington in the County of
Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seales of John Ellis< no role > and Thomas Woodcock< no role > Esqrs :
two of His Maties Justices of the peace for the said County
of Midd. (Quor unus) bearing date the 13th: day of July
last past Martha Adderley< no role > aged 50 Years Widow of Ralph
Adderley
< no role > and their two Children Vizt: Catherine< no role > aged 16 Years
and Ralph< no role > aged 15 Years were removed from & out off the
parish of St: James Westminster in the said County into the
Said Parish of Paddington as the place of their last legall.
Settlement.

That thereby yor. Petr. humbly Conceive
themselves to be Agrieved.

Yor: Petrs: therefore humbly appeale to yor.
Worsps agt: the Order of the said two Justices &
pray yor. Worsps will be please to Order that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St: James Westmr : and,
all Psons concerned do attend this Court some
day this Generall Session to hear & abide
the Judgemt. & Determinacon of this Court
touching the Said Appeale

And Yor. Petrs: Shall ever pray Etc
