Newgate was brought thither on the fifth day of July Anno Dui 1728

into the custody of Sr. John Grosvenor< no role > Knt. Sr. Thomas Lombe< no role > Knt. late Sheriffe of the County
of Middx by virtue of his Majesties writt of Heas Corpus cum cause
to the said John Huggins< no role > directed and that it appears by the said
Heas Corpus and return thereof that the said Joseph Woollham< no role >
was on the fifth day of March Anno Dui 1725 . committed to the
Custody of the said Warden, by Robert Dormer< no role > Esqr. late one of
the Judges of his Majesties Court of Comon Pleas upon the return
of a Heas Corpus directed to the Mayor Alderman and Sheriffs of
London and stands charged with the process following Vizt. An
attachmt. retornable before his Majesty in his high Court of
Chancery at the Suite of Thomas Charlesworth< no role > for non paymt.
of Thirty two pounds Six Shillings and tenn pence.

An Attachmt. retornable before his Majesties Justices at Westmr.
on Friday next after the morrow of the holy Trinity for a Contempt
by a rule of Court of the twenty Seventh of November then last
past.
