Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands & Seals of William
Hucks
< no role > & John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the said County (Quor un) bearing date the fourth day of
December last wherebyyour Peticonr. was Adjudged to be the
Putative father of a Male Bastard bound on the body of
Catherine Tod< no role > Widdow in the Parish of St. Giles in the fields in
the Said County

your Peticonrs. thinking himself agreived thereby

to give him Such refers in the Preiving
your Worsps Shall Seem meet & the
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Giles's in the
fields & all other Persons concerned may
be Ordered to Attend Same day the
next General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be held for the said County to
hear & abide the Judgement & determinacon
of this Court
