Whereas Complaint hath been made
unto us two of his Majesties Justices of the
for the said County City and Liberty aforesaid
(Quor unus) by You the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr . that Elizabeth Ward< no role > with her two
Children (Vizt.) Mary< no role > aged about five Yeares and Jonathan< no role > aged
four Yeares intruded and lately come to Inhabit within
your said Parish Contrary to Law and that
they are become chargeable to your sd. Parish
Wee the said Justices upon Examinacon
of the premisses taken before us upon Oath
and other Circumstances do Adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge that
the place of the last legal Settlement of the
said Elizth. Ward< no role > and said two Children (Vizt.)
Mary and Jonathan is in the said Parish
of Greenwich in the said County of Kent
These are therefore in his Maties name
to require You on sight hereof to remove
and Convey the said Elizabeth Ward< no role > &
her said two Children (vizt.) Mary & Jonathan
from & out of Your said Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr . to the said Parish of Greenwich
and Them deliver unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there or some of
or one of them who are hereby required to
receive & provide for them according to Law
