Peace for the County of Middx in their Generall
Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Peticon of John Martin< no role > and
John Fortescue< no role > Churchwardens of the Parish
of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County on
behalf of themselves and the rest of the
Inhabitants of the said Parish

Sheweth


That Dorothy Hale< no role > an Inhabitant of the said Parish
is a Poor Antient Woman unable to Maintain herself
whereby She is become Chargeable to the said Parish and
So likely to continue

That Thomas Hale< no role > of the same Parish Chandler
Son of the said Dorothy Hale< no role > is a Person of Sufficient
Ability to Maintain his Said Mother at his own Charge

Yor Petr. therefore humbly Pray that
the said Thomas Hale< no role > May be Ordered
at his own Charge to Maintain and
Provide for the said Dorothy Hale< no role > his
Mother in such Manner as to Yor
Worships Shall seem Meet

And Yor Petr. Shall ever Pray Etc.
