The Humble Petition and Appeale of the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields in the County of Middx :

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seales of Bast. Johnson < no role > and Ed: Grose< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx : (Quor unus) bearing
date the 5th: day of September last , Elizabeth Rash< no role > the Wife of
Tobias Rash< no role > with her two Children (Vizt.) Ann Rash< no role > aged [..]
two years and an half and John Rash< no role > aged one Yeare were
removed from the Hamlett of Wapping Stepney in the said
County of Middx : to the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
as the Place of their last legall Settlement, Whereby your Petrs:
Conceive themselves to be Agreived

Therefore they humbly Appeale to your
Worships agst. the Adjudgemt. of the said two Justices
And pray your Worships will be Pleased to order that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Hamlett of Wapping Stepney & all Persons
Concerned do Attend this Court some day in this
Present Sessions to hear & Abide the Judgement
& Determinacon of this Court touching the sd. Appeale
