The Humble Peticon & Appeal
of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Botolph without Aldersgate in
the City of London

Sheweth


That by an Order or Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Robert Hucks< no role > & John Merter< no role > Esqr .
Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(Quor un) bearing date the 21: day of April last past Margarett
Wager
< no role > wife of David Wager< no role > and Two Children (vizt) Mary< no role > aged
about Four year & Richard< no role > about Two Years old were by the
said Order Removed from the parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in the
said County of Middx to the Parish of St. Botolph with out Aldersgate
aforesaid as the place of their last legal Settlement Where by
Yor. Peticoners humbly Consive they are wronged & agreived

Yor. Petrs. There fore humbly Pray
yor. Worshipps will be pleased
to appoint a Day to here &
Determine the said appeale and
yor. Petr. Releived as the Case
shall require

And Yor. Petr. Shall ever pray Etc.
