Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands & Seals of John Ellis< no role > Esqr
& the Right Honble. the Lord Wm. Powlett< no role > Two of his Maties Justices
of the peace (Quor unus) for the County of Middx & Liberty of Westmr.
dated the tenth day of this instant May , Mary< no role > the wife of
Richard Baskett< no role > was removed from the Parish of St. James Westmr
to ye peticoners sd. Parish of St. Anne & Agnes wth in Aldersgate
London , by which Warrant or Order of Removall Yr. Petrs
humbly Conceive themselves to be aggrieived

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly Appeale to Yor. Worpps
agt. the sd. Warrt. or Order & humbly pray that yor
Worpps will be pleased to appoint a short day to heare
& determine the same, And that in Regard the sd. Warrnt.
or Order was granted on the ball of the sd. Richd
Baskett< no role > the husband (who is unknown to yr. Petrs) the
Officers of the sd. Parish of St. James Westmr may be
obliged to produce the sd. Richd. Baskett< no role > at the time
of such bearing
