Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of theparishhamlett of Ratcliff
in this County against an Order under the hands &
Seals of Bastwick Johnson< no role > & Thomas West< no role > Esqrs . two
of his Maties. Justices of the peace of the said County
(Quorum Unus) bearing date the twenty second
day of February last whereby John Price< no role > and
Ursella< no role > his wife who were thereby adjudgedlikely
to become
by the said two Justices likely to become
chargeable to the hamlett of Wapping Stepney in
this County were conveyed from the said hamlett of
Wapping Stepney to the said hamlett of Ratcliff as
the place of the last legall settlemt. of the said
John Price< no role > (the heareing & determining of which
appeale was by an Order made at the last Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County
by adjornmt. on Friday the fourteenth day of April
now last past adjourned untill this present Generall
Sessions of the peace holden for the same County) And
upon heareing of what was insisted on by Count all for
the Inhabitants of the said hamlett of Wapping
Stepney and alsoe by councell for the Inhabitants of
the said hamlett of Ratcliff This Court doth allow of
the said appeale And doth vacate & discharge the
