P adjorn Jovis 13o. Octobris 1726

Upon informacon given unto this Court that there
was due by an account stated the twenty second
day of April one thousand seven hundred and
twenty one unto John offley< no role > Esqr . (since deced)
then Trear of the moneys ariseing by the toll for
hay & straw brought to & sold in the Hay-Market
in the parishes of St. Martin in the fields & St. James
Westmr . in this County the sume of Seventy two
pounds six shillings & one penny the same haveing been by Ann [..] disbursed for as [..] the pavement of the said Hay markett and that noe
part thereof was paid to the said Mr. Offley in his
life time, but that since his decease the sume of
twenty two pounds eight shillings & eleven
pence was paid by Mr Phillip stothard< no role > Clerke to
the right honble. the Lord William Powlett< no role > & John
Ellis
< no role > Esqr . present Trears of the Toll money of the sd
Hay Markett in pursuance of an Order made in
April Sessions last unto Mrs Mary Offley< no role > Widdow
Relict & Executrix of the said [..] Mr Offley in
part of the [..] said moneys due to the sd. Mr. Offley,
And that there is still remaining due to the said
Mrs. Offley the sume of fourty nine pounds
seventeen shillings & two pence, And It being
prayed on behalfe of the said Mrs. Offley that the
same may be paid Unto her, It is Ordered by
this Court that the said Present Trearvers be and
they are hereby desired to produce & lay their accots.
touching the moneys by them reced for the sd. toll
for hay & [..]
of the s Toll money of the said
Hay -Markett by them reced and of their [..] disbursmts.
thereout, and of what money (if any) is remaining
